Sweethearts Photo Effects at {PicMonkey}

Just in time for Valentine's Day, PicMonkey has released new Sweethearts photo effects.

Bokeh Hearts gives a glittery heart effect. Layer and change the heart sizes for a fun look.


Desire gives a soft focus at the edges of your photo.
