Return on Relationship by Ted Rubin and Kathryn Rose

Last August I had the pleasure of meeting Ted Rubin while in New York for BlogHer. Of course I knew Ted long before that thanks to social media. (Ted's the most followed CMO on Twitter...106,841 at last count. That makes my 4,690 followers look just pitiful!)

In 2009 Ted started using the term ROR or Return on Relationshipto stand for the real measure of success. The standard ROI or Return on Investment was simply not holding up in the evolving world of social media. Online communities have value that cannot be measured in dollars and cents.

Now Ted and coauthor Kathryn Rose have brought their collective knowledge and experience together to publish their book Return on Relationship. In the book you'll find ways to maximize your potential through the use of community-focused tools on the internet. (In other words, there's a good reason for all of the blogging and tweeting and posting on Facebook...)

Ted Rubin is the Chief Social Marketing Officer of CollectiveBias a Social Shopper Media Company. He is a leading social marketing strategist.

Kathryn Rose is an award-winning, best-selling author, speaker and social media strategist and trainer with clients ranging from multi-million dollar corporations, to small business owners and entrepreneurs.

Stay in touch with Ted and Kathryn on Twitter!

Return on Relationship will be available on January 29. You can pick up your own copy of Return on Relationship on Amazon. (And thank you, Ted, for sending me a copy!)
